My comments:
No objection was raised to my contention that the copyright of the digitised version of the LTP was my copyright as it had been edited and modified and was completely different than the original hard copy material.
No objection was raised to my contention that if I had not had the foresight to keep copy prints of the Spinning Pictures and was able to scan and digitise these to replace the original negatives which had been claimed back by English Heritage and had been lost while in their care, the work would have been lost.

END USER AGREEMENT.
I give permission for unlimited use of the material in the LTP provided that it is for non-profit personal use, education or research. Please credit any use of extracts or images and feel free to produce copies and distribute them. The intention is to ensure that the material is used and spread as widely as possible.
